A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to join their People Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal People Team partners and external stakeholders to address inquiries
- Provide daily support to HR Business Partners and manage employee data in HR systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate personnel documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HR/People Operations roles, preferably with global teams
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and manage multiple projects
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees at all levels
