Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recurring audits of personnel files for compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Remediate non-compliant documentation and manage follow-up workflows
- Prepare and present personnel files for audits and regulatory reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of HR or People Operations experience
