Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent & People Specialist (W2 Contract Remote, CST).

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing the candidate experience
• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and onboarding logistics
• Promote employer brand and engage with passive candidates through outreach campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR/People Operations roles
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms (Workable, Oracle, UKG, or similar)
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and recruitment best practices
• Bonus: PHR, SHRM-CP, or Agile HR certifications
