Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to source and generate a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters while fostering a high-performance culture
• Maintain recruitment documentation and generate reports to track progress and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting AEs and SDRs
• Proven experience in developing talent pipelines and sourcing candidates
• Hands-on experience with ATS and social media job postings
• Natural leadership skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
