Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting AEs and SDRs
- Proven experience in developing talent pipelines and sourcing candidates
- Hands-on experience with ATS and social media job postings
- Natural leadership skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
