A company is looking for a Payroll Assistant responsible for managing payroll-related tasks and supporting HR inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Military Leave setup and audit Military time used
- Enter new hires and terminations into Master files and verify salary changes
- Establish and manage tax and unemployment accounts for state and local agencies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Technical Certification in Business Administration
- 1-3 years of payroll or HR experience
- Working knowledge of JAMIS, Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), and SyncHR
- Willingness to obtain FPC certification within 2 years is preferred
