Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payroll and HRIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 5200 employees across multiple countries
  • Lead and develop the payroll and HRIS team, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls
  • Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and optimizing technology to support organizational goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in payroll and HRIS administration
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
  • Experience with international payroll is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with leading HRIS platforms, particularly Workday
