Key Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of the business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment partnership across GTM and G&A
- Drive and lead the full lifecycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and build structured interview processes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly for GTM roles in early-stage high-growth tech companies
- Data-savvy decision-making skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies
- Proven ability to navigate complex hiring challenges and facilitate thoughtful decision-making
- Strong negotiation skills and an in-depth understanding of the talent market
- Experience managing complex and high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization and stakeholder management
