A company is looking for an HR Operations Associate to support payroll, benefits administration, and HR operational tasks within Canadian business entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations for US and Canadian employees
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment and audits, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- Conduct data analysis related to HR operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration, preferably in Canadian environments
- Working knowledge of US and Canadian payroll and benefit regulations
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, with a preference for ADP
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
