Job Summary

• Utilize Ashby for candidate pipeline management and maintain recruiting data hygiene

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments
• Proven experience with Ashby for ATS management and reporting
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or workflow automation
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and handle ambiguity
• Collaborative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
