Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HRIS projects, including implementations and process improvements
  • Develop and deliver training for HR systems and maintain user support materials
  • Generate and modify reports using Business Intelligence to meet HR business needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 3 years of HRIS experience, with UKG Pro experience required
  • Experience managing HRIS projects and functionality enhancements
  • Business Intelligence experience required; UKG Pro People Analytics preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
