A company is looking for an HRIS Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HRIS projects, including implementations and process improvements
- Develop and deliver training for HR systems and maintain user support materials
- Generate and modify reports using Business Intelligence to meet HR business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 3 years of HRIS experience, with UKG Pro experience required
- Experience managing HRIS projects and functionality enhancements
- Business Intelligence experience required; UKG Pro People Analytics preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
