A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (iCIMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage iCIMS system including configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization
- Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports, analyzing key performance indicators
- Support hiring managers with training and process improvements to enhance the hiring experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience as an administrator of iCIMS or similar ATS at an admin level
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
