Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (iCIMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage iCIMS system including configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization
• Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports, analyzing key performance indicators
• Support hiring managers with training and process improvements to enhance the hiring experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience as an administrator of iCIMS or similar ATS at an admin level
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
