Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead capacity planning, reporting infrastructure, and process enablement within the global recruiting organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and analyze the global Talent Acquisition capacity model to inform resourcing decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights
- Define and enforce data standards, monitor data hygiene, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Analytics, or similar data-focused roles
- Experience in building and maintaining complex recruiting reports and capacity models
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Deep understanding of recruiting funnel metrics and data flows across ATS/HRIS/CRM
- Experience in implementing or optimizing processes across global teams
