Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter Generalist to manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for FTE roles across multiple business lines
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Communicate with applicants regarding employment possibilities and keep candidates engaged

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Understanding of talent markets and ability to develop hiring strategies under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
• Proficiency in Boolean search string techniques across various platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
