- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for FTE roles across multiple business lines
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Communicate with applicants regarding employment possibilities and keep candidates engaged
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Understanding of talent markets and ability to develop hiring strategies under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
- Proficiency in Boolean search string techniques across various platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
