Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People to lead its People function during a phase of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a talent acquisition strategy to grow the company from ~50 to 150+ employees
- Implement and optimize HR tech systems and processes for onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Translate company values into operational norms and drive internal communications and team engagement
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and leading People teams in high-growth SaaS or tech companies
- Proven ability to design and optimize HRIS, ATS, and performance frameworks
- Experience embedding culture and managing internal communications at scale
- Strong partnership with executives and ability to navigate organizational challenges
- Experience operating in hypergrowth environments with a focus on high-quality work
