Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Training & Systems Analyst to enhance employee engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and training support for HRIS systems, including UKG Pro and Workforce Management
- Lead the development and implementation of New Hire Orientation programs and training initiatives
- Manage compliance training assignments in the HealthStream LMS and generate compliance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, HRIS support, or LMS administration
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and/or HealthStream strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success working independently in a fully remote role
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
