- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while updating training materials
- Lead a team of training and policy specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in policy development, training program management, and compliance
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Nuclear industry experience is preferred but not required
- Startup experience or experience building a program from scratch is a plus
