Key Responsibilities:
- Design and validate employee surveys to support listening strategies and organizational culture insights
- Develop assessments for hiring and upskilling, ensuring psychometric soundness
- Conduct statistical analyses on people data to uncover drivers of employee behavior and performance
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in psychometrics, people analytics, or applied behavioral science
- Expertise in statistical analysis techniques such as regression and A/B testing
- Strong programming skills in R, Python, or SQL
- Proficiency with survey tools like Glint or Qualtrics
