A company is looking for a Recruitment Marketing CRM Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships for external job posting partners and CRM platforms
- Oversee recruitment advertising budget and optimize recruitment expenditures
- Develop landing pages and provide training for CRM users on messaging and workflow
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
- Strong experience with Workday and similar CRM tools
- Knowledge of recruitment systems, processes, and compliance regulations
- Experience managing budgets and strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with AI regulation and some knowledge of HTML is beneficial
