Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract, Remote - US Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally
• Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments
• Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across various roles
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing strategies
• Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
