Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist-III for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations into employee concerns and policy violations
• Guide HRBPs and managers through disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Assess risk, document findings, and recommend fair outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in ER, HR, compliance, or conflict resolution
• Strong case management and investigation skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Solution-oriented with a balance of business and employee needs
• Experience with ER systems or HR tools
