Key Responsibilities
- Administer U.S. employee benefits programs and oversee payroll operations for North America
- Act as the primary contact for payroll and benefits vendors, ensuring service delivery and issue resolution
- Maintain compliance processes and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits, HR compliance, and payroll
- 2+ years of benefits administration experience in the U.S
- 2+ years of direct U.S. payroll experience
- Experience with U.S. leave management and familiarity with labor laws and payroll regulations
- Proven ability to improve operational processes and manage third-party vendors
