Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for payroll and benefits vendors, ensuring service delivery and issue resolution
  • Maintain compliance processes and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits, HR compliance, and payroll
  • 2+ years of benefits administration experience in the U.S
  • 2+ years of direct U.S. payroll experience
  • Experience with U.S. leave management and familiarity with labor laws and payroll regulations
  • Proven ability to improve operational processes and manage third-party vendors
