Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for open positions and develop a strong candidate pipeline
- Educate and collaborate with hiring managers on the hiring process and coordinate candidate selection
- Focus on continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process and contribute to new strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Four years of full-cycle client-facing recruiting experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to assess talent against position requirements
- Experience managing high volume and multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to build partnerships across organizational boundaries
