Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Administrator to oversee the development and management of the performance management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and customize the performance management system and related documentation
- Develop techniques to enhance performance management processes and create performance management reports
- Provide training and support to HR staff and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in performance management support
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
