Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Administrator to oversee the development and management of the performance management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and customize the performance management system and related documentation
  • Develop techniques to enhance performance management processes and create performance management reports
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in performance management support
  • Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
