Key Responsibilities
- Support employees with benefits enrollment and resolve inquiries for a seamless benefits experience
- Analyze benefits trends, costs, and utilization, providing data-driven insights and preparing reports
- Manage employee leave programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Experience managing Employee Stock Ownership Programs (ESOP)
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification is a plus
