Key Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding workflows and facilitate new hire orientation
- Administer benefits processes and maintain accurate HRIS data entry
- Respond to employee inquiries and support international EOR employees with leave coordination
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, Benefits, or related HR coordination roles
- Proficiency in Rippling or similar HRIS platforms
- Experience with benefits systems and LOA administration
- Familiarity with global EOR vendors and international employment nuances
- Strong task management skills using Slack, Jira, and G Suite
