Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain security groups, conduct audits of user access, and support privileged access reviews
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, provide insights into user access and compliance metrics, and create Power BI dashboards
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to understand reporting needs, participate in system upgrades, and train end-users on reporting tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Six (6) + years of relevant experience
- Five (5) + years managing Workday security and reporting
- Experience with large-scale data management and data visualization principles
- Knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and HR business process fundamentals
