Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager who will lead recruiting efforts for critical Engineering, Product, and Security organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5-6 Recruiters to support hiring goals
- Ensure alignment of requisition priorities and fill senior-level roles directly
- Utilize recruiting metrics to assess and improve the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience for Engineering, Product, and Customer-facing roles
- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience in building and scaling hiring processes end to end
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
