Key Responsibilities
- Guide partner candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch experience
- Collaborate with Growth and Integration Team Leadership to execute strategic recruiting priorities
- Represent the firm to candidates and search firms, identifying successful partner credentials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with Zoom, Teams, and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work during irregular hours for time-sensitive activities
