Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of HR/compensation experience, including management of base pay and incentive pay
- Preferred Bachelor's in business administration, finance, or HR
- Professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP, SPHR, GPHR) is a plus
- Experience with compensation systems, such as Workday or MarketPay
