A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and manage communications between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
- Sort and prescreen resumes to identify qualified candidates and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding tasks while supporting job postings and candidate outreach
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, administrative, HR, or coordination role
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and calendar management tools
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Ability to sort and assess resumes to help identify strong candidates
- Interest in growing a career in talent acquisition or human resources
