Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contingent Workforce Specialist to manage the full life cycle of Independent Contractors and third-party payroll staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process for non-employee workers, including contract initiation, onboarding, renewals, and offboarding
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on non-employee engagement processes and required documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contractor or vendor onboarding or HR operations
- Solid knowledge of contingent workforce models and vendor engagement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and contract management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in contract review and basic financial analysis is a plus
