Key Responsibilities
- Recruits, interviews, and refers qualified applicants for posted positions
- Consults with prospective and current Associates regarding employment procedures and processes
- Maintains effective relationships with internal staff and external agencies while utilizing databases for applicant tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/Management, or a High School Diploma with six years of HR experience
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience required
- Senior Professional Human Resources Certification or Professional Human Resources Certification preferred
