Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the recruitment process for job vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruits, interviews, and refers qualified applicants for posted positions
  • Consults with prospective and current Associates regarding employment procedures and processes
  • Maintains effective relationships with internal staff and external agencies while utilizing databases for applicant tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/Management, or a High School Diploma with six years of HR experience
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience required
  • Senior Professional Human Resources Certification or Professional Human Resources Certification preferred
