Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various recruiting tools to source, interview, and onboard candidates at multiple organizational levels
  • Drive quality hiring outcomes by understanding business needs and establishing partnerships with hiring leaders
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit and provide recommendations to business leaders
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with two years of college coursework; a 4-year degree or HR certification is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with corporate recruiting preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience as a strategic partner with business leaders
  • Proven ability to develop effective business plans and influence leaders
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguous projects
