Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruiting tools to source, interview, and onboard candidates at multiple organizational levels
- Drive quality hiring outcomes by understanding business needs and establishing partnerships with hiring leaders
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit and provide recommendations to business leaders
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of college coursework; a 4-year degree or HR certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with corporate recruiting preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a strategic partner with business leaders
- Proven ability to develop effective business plans and influence leaders
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguous projects
