Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for leave of absences, managing policies and processes
- Develop and implement global People Policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company culture
- Oversee the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program and manage DEIB initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, with 2+ years in leave of absence administration and HR compliance
- Experience using Workday as an administrator
- Experience or interest in managing DEIB initiatives
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with care
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
