Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve global benefits programs across multiple countries
- Manage the full lifecycle of benefits program management and act as the primary escalation point for employees
- Collaborate with global brokers and vendors to ensure compliance, service delivery, and timely renewals
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in global benefits management
- Strong understanding of global benefits compliance and governance
- Experience working with global brokers and PEOs
- Experience with Workday and Excel modeling preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
