Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in People Operations, focusing on EPD/Engineering functions
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a global workforce
• Proven ability to create and implement strategies for organizational effectiveness
• Strong knowledge of local legislation related to the U.S. and Canada
• Expertise in organizational development, including talent acquisition and performance management
