Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Oversee talent development and retention strategies for the Technology and Analytics departments
- Lead performance evaluation processes to enhance employee performance and career growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 3 years supporting Tech and Analytics
- Experience working with a workforce of 400-500 employees
- Strong understanding of local labor laws or experience with outside counsel
- Familiarity with tools such as Lattice, Rippling, and ChangeEngine is a plus
