Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to work directly with the Head of People and support the development of a high-performance work-from-anywhere culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help brainstorm and execute HR programs that promote empowerment, learning, collaboration, and growth
  • Work closely with the Head of People to prepare the team for future developments with AI
  • Assist in activities related to people and culture, including communications for learning activities and internal events
Required Qualifications
  • Infectious energy and a passion for helping others thrive
  • A growth mindset regarding the future with AI
  • Basic technical skills and willingness to experiment
  • A mind for data or the desire to learn about AI
  • Experience in writing and/or teaching is a plus
