Job Summary
A company is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to work directly with the Head of People and support the development of a high-performance work-from-anywhere culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Help brainstorm and execute HR programs that promote empowerment, learning, collaboration, and growth
- Work closely with the Head of People to prepare the team for future developments with AI
- Assist in activities related to people and culture, including communications for learning activities and internal events
Required Qualifications
- Infectious energy and a passion for helping others thrive
- A growth mindset regarding the future with AI
- Basic technical skills and willingness to experiment
- A mind for data or the desire to learn about AI
- Experience in writing and/or teaching is a plus
