Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations matters and assist in investigations as needed
- Administer HRIS transactions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Relevant HR experience, preferably in a technology or engineering environment
- Experience with HRIS systems, with a strong preference for Workday
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong customer orientation and ability to handle sensitive information professionally
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
