Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders to align business and talent strategies
- Own the full lifecycle of executive recruiting for director-level roles, including search strategy and candidate engagement
- Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and promoting the company's mission and culture
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably with director-level roles
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or applicant tracking systems is a plus
- A strong orientation to service and commitment to candidate and stakeholder experience
- A natural sense of ownership and willingness to engage in hands-on work
- Curiosity and humility with the ability to quickly apply feedback
