Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders to align business and talent strategies
  • Own the full lifecycle of executive recruiting for director-level roles, including search strategy and candidate engagement
  • Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and promoting the company's mission and culture
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably with director-level roles
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • A strong orientation to service and commitment to candidate and stakeholder experience
  • A natural sense of ownership and willingness to engage in hands-on work
  • Curiosity and humility with the ability to quickly apply feedback
