Job Summary
A company is looking for a Federal Human Capital Classification Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on the development and evaluation of position descriptions (PDs) and organizational structures
- Conduct desk audits, support classification reviews, and prepare PD drafts in compliance with federal standards
- Deliver training on classification processes and maintain classification documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Capital, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in federal classification support services
- Deep knowledge of classification principles and OPM guidelines
- Proven experience in federal position classification and functional statement development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Adobe Pro editing functions
