Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of payroll and HRIS management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (BS/MS/MBA preferred)
- Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Gusto and ADP
- Experience with recruiting coordination or HR project management
- Knowledge of HRIS tools and frameworks
