A company is looking for a Payroll & HRIS Manager to oversee payroll processing and HRIS services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvements in payroll and HRIS functions


Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of payroll and HRIS management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (BS/MS/MBA preferred)
  • Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Gusto and ADP
  • Experience with recruiting coordination or HR project management
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools and frameworks
