Senior Oracle HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fusion HCM Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support, diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex functional issues
• Conduct business requirements analysis, functional workshops, and collaborate with technical teams on configuration and testing
• Offer implementation advice and support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud implementation and support
• Experience in at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects, with 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME
• Hands-on experience in at least 5 Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, and Talent
• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios
• Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, and BPM workflows
