HRIS Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP and ICMIS Administrator to manage and enhance HR technology platforms in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS platforms, ensuring seamless operation across various HR functions
• Generate and analyze reports to support compliance and strategic HR initiatives while monitoring system performance
• Provide technical support and training to HR teams, developing materials to promote best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering ADP Workforce Now
• Proficiency in iCIMS administration and configuration
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and timekeeping
• ADP Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and iCIMS Administrator Certification preferred
