Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completes HRIS actions and maintains employee personnel files for compliance
  • Coordinates New Hire Orientation and assists with onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Provides administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing HR communications
Required Qualifications
  • High School graduate/GED
  • Demonstrated intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Experience using HR software and HRIS database preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
