A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes HRIS actions and maintains employee personnel files for compliance
- Coordinates New Hire Orientation and assists with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Provides administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing HR communications
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate/GED
- Demonstrated intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- Experience using HR software and HRIS database preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
