Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sourcing recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization
• Proven experience in identifying and attracting passive talent, preferably in the tech industry
• Deep knowledge of non-tech talent profiles
• Proficient in various sourcing tools and platforms, including social media and candidate databases
• Familiarity with AI tools and strong command of data analytics to guide sourcing decisions
