A company is looking for a Return to Work Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact organizations to determine volunteer needs and maintain relationships with injured workers, employers, and insurance contacts
- Evaluate individuals' abilities and assign them to appropriate volunteer roles, preparing them for orientation
- Manage attendance and resolve any ongoing time tracking or performance issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Word and Google applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
