Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate contracting processes for new Relationship Managers and assist with onboarding
- Manage broker dealer registration and ensure compliance with necessary documentation
- Provide backup support for licensing and appointments for staff and Relationship Managers
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience in insurance and securities licensing processes
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in database management, preferably with MOSAIC
- Ability to coordinate training and onboarding processes
- Experience working with HR and internal compliance teams
