Key Responsibilities
- Review and process employee leave requests while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefits and leave inquiries
- Analyze and maintain benefits data, conduct audits, and collaborate with HR and payroll teams for benefits enrollment
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration for groups of over 1000 employees
- 2+ years of experience managing federal and state employee leaves of absence
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits and leave administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and experience with HRIS and benefits databases
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure and meet deadlines
