Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration for groups of over 1000 employees
  • 2+ years of experience managing federal and state employee leaves of absence
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits and leave administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and experience with HRIS and benefits databases
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure and meet deadlines
