Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine global benefits strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Oversee the evaluation, design, and implementation of various benefits programs
- Manage and mentor a team of benefits professionals while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in benefits, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in designing and managing global benefits programs, including M&A integration
- Strong understanding of global benefits regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) are a plus
